- To provide financial assistance to Indian Citizens for the publication of their high standard Urdu manuscript.
- To organize Late Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad Memorial Committee lecture, inviting renowned intellectuals on the important literary and national topics.
- To provide financial assistance to Ph.D/D.Lit Scholars for the promotion of Urdu Language and Literature with the purpose of national integration.
- To take any other action with the purpose of national integration to ensure the promotion of Urdu language possible.
- To establish and award gold medal for the meritorious students in the memory of late Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad with the provision as formulated by the committee.
- Any other work which is useful and necessary for the completion of above mention objectives.
- To award gold medal scholarship to graduate/post graduate topper students of Urdu, Arabic and Persian.
- To provide financial assistance to Ph.D/D.Lit Scholars of Urdu, Arabic and Persian for the preparation of their thesis work.
